Será que vai ser Caskett ?

Before Michael Ausiello’s bombshell blind item imploded the Internet, we probably would have laughed at the prospect of Castle and Beckett stripping down in the season finale.

But after the spoiler king tweeted an older blind item that said one couple will get down to business — you know, have s-e-x — in an ep during May Sweeps, we can’t say we haven’t been slightly swayed.

Fans went crazy after Ausiello began giving out little hints as to who the lucky couple might be, many of them clearly convinced that all signs pointed to Caskett. And Ausiello’s clues aren’t the only evidence in favor of Castle and Beckett going all carnal in the finale:

Stana Katic (Beckett) has said Caskett ‘shippers will be “really happy” at what transpires in the final eps. Jon Huertas (Esposito) told TV Line fans will be “surprised about what happens between Castle and Beckett” in the finale. And Castle creator Andrew Marlowe dished that when it comes to Caskett, the show will finally “deal with things directly” in the finale. We’d say jumping into bed together is pretty darn direct!

In the much-anticipated season finale "Always," airing on May 7, many of our questions will finally be answered, not only about Rick and Kate's relationship, but also about the sniper who shot Kate at Captain Montgomery's funeral in the Season 3 finale.

According to the official episode synopsis, "Castle tries to protect Beckett as she pursues the man who shot her; the 12th precinct is forever changed as feelings and secrets are revealed."

The extended synopsis goes on in greater detail: "When the murder of an Army veteran puts Beckett on the trail of the man who shot her, Castle must decide how much he's willing to sacrifice to keep her safe. As secrets are revealed and feelings are put on the table, the lives of the detectives at the 12th Precinct may never be the same."

We don't know about you, but the words "forever changed" make us feel giddy and panicky all at the same time!

WETPAINT: How Will Kate Beckett React When Castle's Secret Comes Out?

With Detective Beckett’s secret — the fact that she heard Castle’s post-shooting “I love you” — kinda-sorta out in the open, we all know it’s only a matter of time until Castle’s own dirty little secret will bubble up. What will it mean for our two leads?

Castle chose to silently snub the brunette beauty in the wake of hearing her confession (still unbeknownst to her), but it’s hard to say whether the detective darling will have the same bitter reaction to Castle’s own revelation. (Which is, of course, the fact that he’s been investigating her mother’s murder behind her back all season — something equally, if not more, upsetting, we’d say!)

We get that Castle’s heart (and ego) are broken, but what the adorkable crime writer’s been doing to Beckett behind her back may be even more detrimental to their relationship.

So, Castle junkies, how do you think Detective Kate Beckett will respond when she learns Castle’s been digging behind her back?

Will she go all Ice Queen on him like he has her, or do you think she’ll pull on her big girl panties and actually talk it through? Bastidores de Castle 4x21

Former Firefly co-stars Nathan Fillion and Adam Baldwin are the talk of the town after Monday night's episode of Castle, but we'd be remiss if we didn't celebrate the awesomeness of Seamus Dever and Jon Huertas. (Sorry, Slaughter. We said "awesome.")

As always, Seamus and Jon delivered impeccable performances as Detective Ryan and Detective Esposito. But the duo didn't just provide their standard comic relief in Season 4, Episode 21: "Headhunters" — they went above and beyond, saving Castle and Slaughter from a potentially deadly shootout with a dangerous Mexican gang.

We applaud all four actors for their "badassery" (in the words of one of Castle's production assistants), and present to you this awesome (oops, said it again) behind-the-scenes picture of Jon, Nathan, Adam, and Seamus posting up on set.

O Tv Line divulgou a noticia em fevereiro e desde então vem dando pistas sobre o casal:

• A relação não aparecerá em uma sequência de sonho – é real, pode ter certeza;
• Aqueles que encorajaram a relação ficarão felizes;

Adam Baldwin Previews His Castle Visit SPOILER

Rick Castle is about to get Slaughtered.

In this Monday’s episode of Castle (ABC, 10/9c), Nathan Fillion’s novelist will dive head first – for better or for worse – into a storyline with a rough, tough and gruff NYPD detective named Ethan Slaughter and played by Adam Baldwin.

And while the episode obviously offers the geeky thrill of a reunion between the onetime stars of Firefly (where Fillion played Capt. Mal Reynolds to Baldwin’s Jayne Cobb), it will also serve a larger purpose, as the ABC hit closes in on its “very emotional” Season 4 finale (airing May 7).

Still processing the discovery that Kate remembers her shooting and the aftermath, “Castle is trying to figure out how he feels about Beckett,” series creator Andrew W. Marlowe tells TVLine. “He feels likes he’s a bit uninspired by her because of all this stuff that’s going on, but he hasn’t articulated that yet. So when he sees this larger-than-life cop figure on the news, he thinks, ‘Maybe I just need a new muse?’”

And make no mistake, Slaughter as a decidedly different muse will amuse. “He takes Castle on quite the ride,” says Marlowe. “Maybe it’s the most exciting case of his life, or maybe it’s, ‘The grass is always greener.’ That’s the journey he goes on.”

What to Expect | Battlestar Galactica and Dollhouse alum Tahmoh Penikett kicks off a potentially recurring gig as Cole Maddox, a cold and calculated man with a military background. On the Castle/Beckett relationship front, expect “a very emotional finale, one where we put a lot of our cards on the table,” says creator Andrew W. Marlowe. Captain Montgomery’s wife, Evelyn (played by Judith Scott), also returns when “events force us to wonder whether the case [Beckett and Castle are] working on might be linked to Beckett’s mother murder case.”

We've been so pumped for Monday night's much-anticipated Firefly reunion that we've forgotten to take note of all the wonderfully juicy Castle and Beckett spoilers for Castle Season 4, Episode 21: "Headhunters."

Here's what we know so far: Castle begins working with tough guy Ethan Slaughter, a detective from the city's gang unit (played by Adam Baldwin), after tension with Beckett reaches an all-time high. At first, the grass in Slaughter's yard appears greener — until Castle realizes that his new partner doesn't have his best interests at heart

Although Beckett's worried about her former partner's safety, she's too hurt by his recent change in behavior to do anything about it. However, she does consult her therapist, who opens her eyes to a new possibility: Maybe Castle moved on during the seven months Beckett spent healing (but we know better!).

Meanwhile, Castle has a revelation of his own. Life on the road with Slaughter isn't all it's cracked up to be. In fact, his experience with the new detective teaches him about what matters most: People who have your back, always.

Sounds to us like Castle has a case of "don't know what you've got 'til it's gone."

Very good news indeed! In next week's episode, Nathan Fillion reunites with fellow Firefly alum Adam Baldwin, who plays Det. Ethan Slaughter, a tough gang-unit cop brought in to help with a gang case
"Slaughter definitely has unorthodox methods for crime solving," Baldwin told us, "but when you're in a gang unit you have to sometimes bend the rules a bit.
So this puts a strain certainly on Beckett's judgment of Slaughter's methods in a way that Castle's uncomfortable with. He needs to observe but it's also strangely intoxicating for him too—to come along and see that other darker side." Now if only Castle could see that other side of Beckett—you know, the one that's hopelessly smitten with him. Sigh.

ADAM: He's just being a man, creator Andrew W. Marlowe says. "Men in general usually don't confront their feelings," he says of Castle's reaction to learning that Beckett remembers Castle's declaration of love. "He's certainly not the type of person to go up to Beckett and say, 'Hey, you hurt me!' because that would be exposing himself. He's expressing his anger with Beckett, and whether he knows it or not, he's trying to punish her without really putting his cards on the table." But don't worry: Beckett will soon figure out what set Castle off, thanks to another revealing chat with her therapist.

Question: Any new information on Tahmoh Penikett’s role in the Castlefinale? —Jesse
